If you wish to request a publication, hard-copy document, and/or electronic data on CD-ROM, please email webmaster@mail.wfl.fhwa.dot.gov with a detailed description of the document you are requesting.

To request plans for projects currently advertised, send an email with your company name, address, telephone number, and bidding status (prime, subcontractor, supplier, plan center) to wfl.contracts@dot.gov, or fax requests to (360) 619-7932. Note that the Invitation for Bid and Bidder’s Packet (or Request for Proposal and Offeror’s Packet) are only available electronically and must be downloaded from FedBizOpps. Click on the Procurement Tab above, then click on Advertised Projects and then the project title for a direct link to the project on the FedBizOpps site.

For questions regarding design resources (including design manuals, specifications, standard drawings, details, and cells) please email WFL.ProjDevMail@dot.gov. For questions regarding Geopak and Microstation CADD support please email wflhd.servicedesk@dot.gov.
