There are two versions (Metric Units and English Units) of the Standard Specifications for Construction of Roads and Bridges on Federal Highway Projects (FP-96).

The Federal Highway Administration is strongly encouraging the use of electronic medium and has made the FP-96 available in Adobe Acrobat. You will need Adobe® Acrobat® Reader to view the PDF format.

• FP-96 Metric Units  (Acrobat, 2 MB)

Both versions of the FP-96 are only available through the Division office servicing your area.
