on how to draw the elements and achieve the above results.

1. Draw the outside edge symbology at LV=10, CO=10. Connect to Proposed Undercut (LV=6) &
Existing Ground (LV=56). This is necessary to force the area above
existing ground, (A=0.66) to not be backfilled.

2. Draw the inside edge of the structural excavation at LV=55, CO=55. Connect
to existing ground (LV=56). This is necessary to force all excavation
for the riprap into an Existing Unsuitable classification, thus . . . not affecting the general mass,
and begin building its own accumulative mass for separate pay.

3. Draw the top of the riprap and trace the inside edge of structural exc. at LV=11, CO=11.
Connect to proposed finish grade (LV=10) and proposed undercut (LV=6).
This is necessary to force the area between the top of the riprap and below subgrade to be backfilled with
the default fill material. The earthwork input file instructs the software to consider material
above LV=11 CO=11 to be "soil type = suitable" . . . the same as the default fill material.

4. Trace the bottom and inside edge of the Structure Excavation at LV=9, CO=9.
Connect to Proposed Finish Grade, (LV=10) and Proposed Undercut, (LV=11).
This is necessary to prevent the software from thinking that this backfill material
is the default "suitable" fill. This will force the backfill material to be considered as RIPRAP
fill and not affect the mass.

5. The drawing above illustrates the finished drawing and all of the correct connections for
the Proposed Finish Grade, Proposed Undercuts, and Existing Unsuitables.
