Update for June 24, 2010

For the weeks of June 28th to July 2nd and July 5th to July 9th the Contractor will be working nights to complete patching and finishing the Wall 3, Wall 6, and Wall 10/11 river side concrete faces, minor rock hammering at Wall 12 along with continuing culvert work and subgrade work as time permits.

NOTE: On Wednesday evening, June 30th there will be a dust abatement placement between Short's Bar and the Lake Creek Bridge possibly causing minor traffic slowdowns.
With the 4th of July weekend the roadway under construction will be open to public traffic between 6:00am Friday, July 2 through 4:00pmTuesday, July 6th.

For those of you planning on visiting the area to camp, hunt, fish, and/or just to enjoy the area, the Salmon River Road may have changed since your last visit, so please be cautious and patient when traveling through the construction area and abide by the signs and temporary traffic signals placed for your safety, and everyone else's safety also.
