Update for August 26, 2010
The Contractor will be performing various construction activities throughout the project during the week of August 30th through September 3rd. This could include surveying for the subgrade, continued rock scaling at various locations throughout the project, drilling within the Wall 8 / 9 location, and other construction related activities.
NOTE: Over Labor Day weekend, that portion of the Salmon River Road under construction will be open to public traffic from 6:00am Thursday, September 2nd, through 4:00pm Tuesday, September 7th.
For those of you planning on visiting the area to camp, hunt, fish, and/or just to enjoy the area, the Salmon River Road may have changed since your last visit, so please be cautious and patient when traveling through the construction area and abide by the signs and temporary traffic signals placed for your safety, and everyone else’s safety also.
