Update for June 15, 2011
Following is the Contractor’s tentative work schedule for the week of June 19th to June 25th.
NOTE: The Contractor will be starting the week’s work at 8:00pm on Sunday evening.
Salmon River Road (3), Short’s Bar to Lake Creek Bridge Primary Focus:
- Constructing shoulder stabilization areas at Wall 8 / 9
- Wall 8 / 9 rock buttress work
- Slope stabilization work (hanging matting and mesh)
Salmon River Road (5), Rodeo Grounds to Short’s Bar (Connector) Primary Focus:
- Continue construction work on MSE Wall 1B
- Catch basin / culvert installation
- Other Wall 1A and Wall 1B related items of work as time permits
- Possible subgrade work

For those of you planning on visiting the area to camp, hunt, fish, and/or just to enjoy the area, the Salmon River Road may have changed since your last visit, so please be cautious and patient when traveling through the construction area and abide by the signs and temporary traffic signals placed for your safety, and everyone else’s safety also.

Blue skies, green hillsides,and high brown water... another day on the river.
