Update for June 22, 2011
Following is the Contractor’s tentative work schedule for the week of June 26th to July 2nd.
NOTE: The Contractor will be starting the week’s work at 8:00pm on Sunday evening.
Salmon River Road (3), Short’s Bar to Lake Creek Bridge Primary Focus:
- Constructing shoulder stabilization areas at Wall 8 / 9
- Wall 8 / 9 rock buttress work
- Slope work
- Finishing culvert work
Salmon River Road (5), Rodeo Grounds to Short’s Bar (Connector) Primary Focus:
- Finishing MSE Walls 1A & 1B
- Finishing work on catch basins and culverts
- Slope work
- Possible sub-grade work / base aggregate / curb and gutter installation

For those of you planning on visiting the area to camp, hunt, fish, and/or just to enjoy the area, the Salmon River Road may have changed since your last visit, so please be cautious and patient when traveling through the construction area and abide by the signs and temporary traffic signals placed for your safety, and everyone else’s safety also.

Wall construction continues by Contractor 2+770 to 2+800.
