  • MT PFH 71-1(1), Petty Creek Road Improvement Project
    The Petty Creek Road Improvement Project Environmental Assessment was released in May 2008 for public review. Several comments were received on the proposed action. WFLHD is in the process of drafting responses to the comments and revising the EA with updated information. WFLHD expects to release a revised EA for public review in early-December 2009.

  • MT PFH 84-1(1) Little Joe Road Improvement Project
    Status: On-Hold until further notice.
    Location: Mineral County, Montana
    Status: All project design and planning activities on hold until further notice except for the re-paving of the currently paved section from Milepost 0.0 to 1.9 which is currently under project development and expected to be completed in summer 2009.

  • Revised Record of Decision Rehabilitation of the Going-to-the-Sun Road, Glacier National Park
  • Going to the Sun Road Rehabilitation Contract
    This project involves road/bridge/retaining wall constuction for the Going to the Sun Road, Glacier National Park, Montana. The anticipated contract is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base period of 2 years and four 2-year option periods for a potential of a 10 year ordering period.   • WY PRA-YELL 12(5) Northeast Entrance & MT PFH 59-1(2), Beartooth Highway
    Location: Begins at the Northeast Entrance of Yellowstone National Park (YNP) and extends easterly for 6.9 km (4.3 miles) to Cooke City, Montana.
    Status: Awarded July 16, 2007.
    Fixed completion date: September 25, 2009
    Type of Work: Grading, Base, Asphalt, Concrete, Pavement, and Drainage
