The following Microstation V8 cell libraries are used within WFLHD:
Work_dd
WFLHD default cell library containing standard sheet borders and symbols

State and some park key maps for use on title sheets

MUTCD signs for signing plans

Survey
These symbols are used by the Survey and Mapping section to create planimetric files. Cells beginning with "E_" are used for existing features. Cells beginning with "P_" delineate proposed features.

Right-of-Way
These symbols are used by the Right-of-Way and Utilities section in preparing Right-of-Way Plans, Plats and Centerline Descriptions.
